Julie Fisher is CEO of The Trail Conservancy (TTC). A lifelong Austinite and passionate advocate for nonprofits, Julie brings a unique blend of corporate expertise, community leadership, and a personal connection to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail.
Julie joined TTC after a distinguished career, most recently serving as Global Community Impact Senior Manager at National Instruments, where she fostered impactful relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and public interest groups. She has a long-standing history of service to Austin’s nonprofit sector, including board roles with organizations like Breakthrough Central Texas, Leadership Austin, and numerous green space and education initiatives. Julie’s dedication to ensuring nonprofits thrive in Austin aligns perfectly with TTC’s mission to protect, enhance, and connect Austin’s most treasured urban green space.
Julie’s connection to the Trail runs parallel to her professional achievements. She has twice been named a finalist for Austin’s 40 Under 40 Awards, recognizing her leadership and commitment to Austin’s community. As a longtime member and supporter of TTC, Julie is uniquely positioned to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.
