The Full Conference Package offers the best overall value for attending Greater & Greener 2026. It includes:

Educational Content: 

  • Full access to all Educational Sessions, including keynote and plenary sessions, the Mayors Forum, indoor breakout sessions, and peer conversations.
  • Mobile Workshops led by experts and leaders in their fields (no additional fees, space permitting, limit one per attendee) 
  • Option to participate in Weekend Tours, fun explorations of Austin’s parks and green spaces led by community members and local experts (additional fees apply, space permitting)
  • Exhibition Hall

Networking & Meals:

  • Opening and Closing Receptions, including food (passed hors d’oeuvres and stations) and beverages. Some attendees may desire a light meal afterward.
  • Exhibitor Happy Hour with light hors d’oeuvres
  • Ice Cream Social (Monday)
  • Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday mornings (Lunch is “on your own” on Monday and Tuesday—a chance to experience local Austin cuisine.)

The Single Day Rate allows you to purchase one full day of the conference (either Monday, June 15, or Tuesday, June 16). Only one day may be purchased, not both.

The rate includes:

The Single Day Rate excludes Receptions, Weekend Tours, and the ability to bring a guest. Receptions can be added on for a $75 fee per Reception.

Guest Rates

Bring your spouse or partner to Greater & Greener 2026, with special options and programming. When registering for the Greater & Greener Full Conference Package, you will have an opportunity to add a guest(s) to your registration. 

Guests can only register for the Opening and Closing Receptions and Weekend Tours. Additional fees apply to Weekend Tours.

If you or your guest wishes to participate in educational programming, you must register for the conference. Colleagues attending educational sessions must register separately for the full conference, not as guests.

Weekend Tours

Get a head start visiting Austin’s finest parks and green spaces with these fun, outdoor adventures. Sign up early as space is limited and Weekend Tours often sell out.

Weekend Tours range in price based on length, meals, the number of meals included, and any equipment rentals.

Mobile Workshops

Complement your learning at our indoor educational sessions with hands-on outdoor Mobile Workshops, led by innovators in the city.

  • Included in Full Conference Package
  • Limited to one per attendee
  • Limited capacity, with pre-registration strongly recommended as they fill quickly
  • Priority given to advance registrants
  • Day-of registration available if space permits
