Doran Bosso

Doran has more than 15 years of experience developing and managing complex infrastructure projects delivered through the innovative Public Private Partnership model, which includes private sector responsibility for the financing, design, construction, and operate and maintenance of each asset.
Currently, Mr. Bosso is an Investment Director at Meridiam, a global investor and asset manager focused on sustainable infrastructure. His assignment the last several years has focused on leading the private partner responsible for delivering the Purple Line in Maryland, a roughly $4 billion light rail project, due to open in late 2027. In addition to this, he serves on the Board of Directors for both the Port of Miami Tunnel and Waterloo Light Rail project companies.
His past work includes a variety of leadership roles on the $1.5 billion Elizabeth River Tunnels Project in Virginia, $2.5 billion I-4 Ultimate Project in Florida. Doran holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, where he has also been recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumni by the Via Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
