Seair Lorentz
Petaluma River Park Foundation
Seair Lorentz is the Executive Director of the Petaluma River Park Foundation, where she leads the development of a 24-acre riverfront park through a community-driven, cross-sector approach. Her work sits at the intersection of public space, cultural practice, and civic life, drawing on over a decade of experience in communications, cultural programming, and nonprofit leadership. She has held roles with the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Headlands Center for the Arts, and other mission-driven organizations.
Seair is a strong advocate for equity in public space and sees the creation and long-term stewardship of parks as essential civic work—places where connection is built, belonging is shaped, and democracy takes root in everyday life. She centers arts and culture as tools for meaningful community engagement, helping communities shape spaces that reflect their full stories and shared future. She has led the vision and strategy behind extensive public outreach and stakeholder processes to inform Petaluma River Park’s vision. At Greater & Greener, she serves as panel facilitator.
