Ryan Rinn works for the City of Richmond as a Capital Projects Planner in Parks and Recreation. He is currently focusing on the department’s master planning efforts, American Rescue Plan Act projects, grant writing and administration, and community engagement activities.
His career has spanned from community organizing to urban planning and community design to his current role in local government. He has degrees in Political Science and Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
