JP MacFadyen

JP MacFadyen serves as the Executive Director of Moncus Park in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he leads a team of 35 passionate parkies. Since joining the park in 2019, first as Operations Director and then Executive Director, JP has overseen multiple major capital projects and helped develop the first strategic plan while continuing to shape the park’s long-term vision for one of the region’s most dynamic public spaces. A lifelong hiker and trail runner, he brings a deep appreciation for nature and public access to green space.
