Jeff Lebsack

Jeff was appointed Executive Director of Friends of The Riverline in March 2025 after serving as The Riverline Director for the Western New York Land Conservancy for three years. Before that, he had a 30-year career in transportation planning, traffic engineering, street design, and project management. Jeff has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. His work focuses on multi-disciplinary collaborative projects that transform public infrastructure into enjoyable and memorable public spaces. Outside the office, Jeff enjoys any outdoor activity that involves hills or mountains, and is an avid cyclist, skier, and hiker.
