Erin Kirkpatrick

Erin Kirkpatrick is an accomplished manager with over twenty years of experience in education, capital planning, non-profit program development, strategic planning, community outreach and advocacy, and parks and recreation management for both the non-profit and public sectors. Erin’s innovative, systems-based approach to problem solving helped to guide Making Space: An Equity Study for Tempe Parks and Recreation from concept to implementation.

Erin currently manages the Clark Park Community Center, the Escalante Multi-Generational Center, and Community Garden Partnerships for the City of Tempe, helping to ensure that community members’ wishes, wants, and needs are reflected and woven into all of Tempe’s public spaces.
