Dan Brown, Stewardship Program Manager with Trust for Public Land’s Philadelphia field office. Dan joined Trust for Public Land in June 2024 overseeing the Parks and Schoolyards Stewardship Program. His role includes connecting city agencies and community partners to navigate challenges and support the sharing of resources vital to the long-term sustainability of completed TPL projects. Prior to joining TPL, he managed the creation of a regional Climate Corps within the Delaware River Watershed. He also spent ten years in various capacities as service Corps field staff for workforce development programs in Greater Philadelphia. His previous work highlighted the importance of stewardship and the positive impacts that well maintained spaces have on communities. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Penn State University.
