Cassie Hoeprich

Cassie Hoeprich is an urban planner. She brings multi disciplinary experience to her role as Director of Planning & Economic Development for Downtown Houston+. Tasked with shaping the future of Houston’s urban core, she provides strategic leadership for the unique alliance that constitutes Downtown Houston+, including Central Houston, Inc., the Downtown Redevelopment Authority, and the Houston Downtown Management District.

Throughout her career, including pivotal roles at the San Francisco Mayor’s Office and the Hollywood Partnership, Cassie has focused on the intersection of urban design and economic policy to drive positive local change. Her perspective is informed by a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and two decades of civic leadership. Her past board tenures include Finca Tres Robles (Houston), Youth Art Exchange (San Francisco), and Oakland Art Murmur.
