Bithia Palmer

As the Director of Housing Solutions for Enterprise Advisors, Bithia (Ratnasamy) Palmer partners with leaders across the country who are working to foster more affordable and inclusive futures. In this role, she leads engagements focused on the development & implementation of housing plans, policy research & design, capacity building services for public & nonprofit organizations, impact measurement, and ecosystem building. She is experienced in developing and implementing executive-level policy and strategy initiatives, fostering cultures of trust and collaboration, communicating with care and precision, and managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Bithia’s decade of experience includes both advisory services and direct service in the public sector. Previous to joining Enterprise Advisors, Bithia served with Atlanta Housing, the Atlanta Mayor’s Office, Atlanta BeltLine Inc., the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Focused Community Strategies, and the City of Phoenix. Bithia is a proud alumna of Ball State University and the University of Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys walks, picnics, reading, and frequenting her favorite local coffee shops.
