Angelyn Chandler

With a background in architecture, art, park development and historic preservation, Angelyn Chandler serves as the Vice President – Planning at the New York Power Authority/New York State Canal Corporation. In her role she oversees capital projects and cultural and recreational programming aimed at revitalizing the New York State Canal system for its third century.

Previously she served as a Vice President at New York City’s Economic Development Corporation, Deputy Commissioner for Capital Programs at the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation, and as a Capital Project Director at NYC Parks.
