Amelia DeVivo

Amelia’s work with the City of Austin is centered on connecting communities to Austin’s urban forest ecosystem. As a representative of the Urban Forest Program, she is passionate about inspiring citizens to share images, stories, and content to instill a conservation ethic that celebrates trees and promotes climate resiliency right here in ATX.

Amelia is originally from Michigan and holds a BA in International Relations & Photojournalism from Michigan State and an MS in Geography from Texas State University. Amelia is an ISA Board Certified Arborist and when she’s not talking trees, she loves riding her bike, sharing snacks with her toddler and listening to Bad Bunny.
