Join a City Parks Alliance Board Member and fellow attendees on an informal, fast-paced activity in Austin.

This is not a guided tour, but rather an opportunity to connect and learn more about City Parks Alliance and network with other Greater & Greener participants while getting some fresh air before the conference day starts.

Dating back to 1839, Austin’s historic squares are a key part of the city’s rich heritage and continue to shape its legacy today. Join us for a morning run of approximately 3 miles, with stops at Republic Square, Wooldridge Square, the Texas State Capitol grounds, Symphony Square, and Brush Square. This run is the perfect way to jumpstart your day while exploring Austin’s beautiful civic spaces and soaking in its history!

Please note: This is a running activity. This is a rain-or-shine activity, except in the event of severe weather. Walk & Talks are 60 minutes in length and subject to change. Bring your reusable water bottle and wear sunscreen.
