Join a City Parks Alliance Board Member and fellow attendees on an informal, fast-paced activity in Austin.
This is not a guided tour, but rather an opportunity to connect, learn more about City Parks Alliance, and network with other Greater & Greener participants while getting some fresh air before the conference day starts.
Stroll through the iconic 2nd Street District! We’ll walk from the hotel down 2nd Street, ending at Shoal Creek. Along the way, you’ll see City Hall, check out Austin City Limits Live, and finish near the scenic Shoal Creek and the Butterfly Bridge. We’ll take a short loop along the Shoal Creek Trail before heading back to the hotel.
Please note: This is a rain-or-shine activity, except in the event of severe weather. Walk & Talks are 60 minutes in length and subject to change. Bring your reusable water bottle and wear sunscreen.
