What if cities didn’t have parks, but cities were parks? This is the idea behind the National Park City (NPC) movement. This Peer Conversation will explore the movement, the call for action, and how this new approach to city-shaping work is taking hold across the globe. Using Chattanooga’s experience (the first North American city to achieve National Park City status), discussion leaders that led Chattanooga’s proposal effort will share their journey and learnings.
