Step 3: Exhibitor Fees

If you wish to exhibit only, please complete step 3A. If you are a Sponsor/Exhibitor and have received confirmation of sponsorship from City Parks Alliance, complete step 3B. Sponsorship fees are paid separately from this form.

Step 5: Exhibitor Agreement

By completing this Exhibitor Application, I/we agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations of the Greater & Greener 2026 international urban parks conference as described in the Exhibitor Information packet and on the Greater & Greener website. These shall be interpreted by City Parks Alliance, and all the parties hereto shall be bound by such interpretation. I/we understand that applying does not guarantee an Exhibition Hall space. City Parks Alliance reserves the right to review all applications and will notify all applicants of acceptance/rejection. Upon acceptance by the Alliance, this form will serve as an official contract for exhibition services.
