Malina Anderson

Malina Anderson is the Greenway Communications Specialist on behalf of the Grand River Network in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Along with managing communications platforms and content, Malina coordinates with partners to enhance public awareness and true belonging along the Grand River. Oklahoma-born and rivers-bound, Malina received her master’s in Rhetoric & Writing from Michigan State University, where she researched the relationship between community rhetoric, river infrastructure, environmental justice, and policy. Malina also holds a BA in English from the University of Oklahoma.
