Sofia Aleman is the Chief of Park Development with the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority. She started with the MRCA in 2015 and oversees five project managers and portfolio of projects under the Park Development and Watershed Planning Division. Her work ranges in a variety of project types, from implementing capital improvements to advancing master planning efforts. Sofia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
