Allison Abel is Director of Marketing at Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, where she has spent more than a decade helping communities reimagine parks as inclusive, welcoming spaces for all ages and abilities. Drawing from extensive experience in outdoor gym planning, user engagement, and recreational accessibility, Allison focuses on strategies that maximize participation, equity, and long-term community impact. She has presented at national and state conferences including National Recreation and Park Association, Florida Recreation and Park Association, and the California Parks & Recreation Conference.
