Wesley Reibeling (he/him) is the Program Manager, Toronto Network and Partnerships at Park People, where he supports programs like InTO the Ravines, Arts in the Parks, Sparking Change, and research connecting thousands of community groups, NGOs, and park professionals.

He is the outgoing Co-Chair of Jane’s Walk Toronto and Global, stewarding one of the world’s largest community-led urbanist festivals across 550+ cities. Wesley sits on the Board of Urban Minds and his writing on queer geographies appears in Spacing and Messy Cities (Coach House, 2025). He is co-editor of a forthcoming anthology on walking and democracy. An interdisciplinary LGBT+ artist and public space curator, his work has been featured at Placemaking Week, High Line Symposium, Art of City Building, and High Performance Rodeo in Calgary. He is a frequent speaker and mentor at institutions across Toronto and Canada.
