Kira Strong

Kira Strong is the Senior Program Director of the High Line Network. The Network’s mission is to support a community of infrastructure reuse projects across North America in creating vibrant and inclusive public spaces.

Previously she served as the Executive Director for the City of Philadelphia’s Rebuild Initiative, a historic investment of over $500 million to improve parks, recreation centers and libraries across the City, and as the Vice President of Community and Economic Development for the People’s Emergency Center, a non-profit community development corporation in Philadelphia.

Kira has been honored with the City & State PA 2024 Above & Beyond award, and as a 40 Under 40 by The Philadelphia Business Journal.
