Nick Stephens

Nick is an environmentalist, urbanist, and park enthusiast who’s passionate about the integration of ecology and community development. My work as an urban planner seeks to ensure that environmental design is emphasized to create healthier, happier, and more beautiful communities, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the connections between people and their natural environment.

As a community planner in a parks and trails-focused firm, I perform a broad range of planning and design skills, including historical and contextual research, writing, GIS mapping and analysis, graphic design, landscape design and rendering, data collection and analysis, and frequent public engagement.
