Charles “Chuck” Foster Jr.

Charles “Chuck” Foster Jr. is a proud native of East Austin, Texas, holding a degree in urban and regional planning from Texas State University in San Marcos. He works as a landscape designer and serves on the board of the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy. Additionally, Chuck is an active park adopter through the Austin Parks Foundation’s Adopt-a-Park program and is a certified Texas Master Naturalist, currently presiding over the Austin chapter of the Capital Area Master Naturalists.

With a passion for sustainability, Chuck has spearheaded numerous park projects and collaborated with various nonprofit organizations throughout Central Texas. His mission is to foster sustainability and protect the region’s green spaces for future generations.
