Nora Barré

Nora Barré is the Executive Director of the Downtown Providence Park Network (DPPN). Nora boasts seventeen years of expertise in marketing, fundraising, budgeting, sponsorships, event planning, project management, public service, and non-profit development.

Before joining DPPN, she served as the Outreach and Grants Director for the US House of Representatives. Here, she bridged federal, state, and local government entities while leading comprehensive outreach and grant initiatives to orchestrate impactful community events.

She has also served as the Executive Projects Director for the City of Providence, where she fostered community engagement through educational meetings and events.
