    Please provide the name and contact information for at least two on-site people staffing your exhibit space, if available, regardless of the registration option they ultimately choose.   • Step 4: Exhibitor Agreement & Review

    By completing this Exhibition Hall Application/Agreement, I/we agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations of the Greater & Greener 2026 Urban Parks Conference. These shall be interpreted by City Parks Alliance, and all the parties hereto shall be bound by such interpretation. I/we understand that applying does not guarantee an Exhibition Hall space. City Parks Alliance reserves the right to review all applications and will notify all applicants of acceptance/rejection. Upon acceptance by City Parks Alliance, this form will serve as an official contract for exhibition services. Table Placement Note: Priority is given to Premier Exhibitors, followed by Greater & Greener Sponsor-Exhibitors; all other tables will be assigned according to the date the application is received with payment in full.
