Theresa Gang joined the CPA team in 2021 as Senior Manager for Membership with a focus on engagement.
Her experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Engagement for the Reuter Family YMCA, Development Coordinator for USRowing, Office Manager for Canton Parks Commission, OH and Assistant Director of Recreation for the Town of Orchard Park, NY. A passionate rower, Theresa served as the Executive Director of the Cleveland Rowing Foundation and spearheaded a campaign in collaboration with the Trust for Public Land to purchase a permanent home for rowing on the Cuyahoga River for over 1000 athletes while working with the Cleveland MetroParks to create a public park with access to the river.
When not working, she can be found rowing, gardening, running, hiking or playing with her dogs. Theresa is a champion for parks and the role they play for members of a community. Her favorite urban park includes flat water for a good row which she can currently find on Lake Julian in Asheville, NC but she also loves the Buffalo waterfront from her hometown.
