Working under the direction of the Philanthropy Manager: Donor Events & Engagement, the Event Sales Coordinator will be the staff liaison for all event rental inquiries at the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (PPC). The Event Sales Coordinator will work to build and grow a successful event rental program at the PPC across several park spaces, offering both indoor and outdoor venues. The Coordinator will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of event rental opportunities, as well as directly working with clients and vendors to execute desired events. Events may include business meetings, birthday parties, weddings, walks, and other events with the purpose of generating revenue in support of the advancement of the PPC’s mission. The Event Sales Coordinator has cross department functionality and accountability, requiring the coordination of various internal team members and external stakeholders.
